Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a gentle full-body massage that would suit clients that are new to massage, carry a lot of tension or are very sensitive to touch. Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, knots, chronic muscle pain and anxiety. Sports Massage

Sports massage is a great option if you have a repetitive use injury, whether it being from work or sports. Furthermore, if you are prone to injuries, it is advisable to have a sports massage due to its injury prevention properties. Sports massage may also be used to increase flexibility, sporting performance, pain relief, reduction in anxiety and a reduction in muscle stiffness. A Sports massage will consist of deep pressure alternated soothing strokes. This is extremely determined by your needs and requirements. The therapist will be focusing more on the areas that need the most attention rather than a full body massage.

Sports massage is a good option if you carry an injury from repetitive muscle use. This massage helps improve flexibility, sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a great option if you want to relax and/or restore your natural energy levels. Also, if you are uncomfortable being massaged on your entire body, Reflexology may suit you. A Reflexology massage uses gentle to firm pressure on the feet, hands and ears.

SUMMARY:

· Refelxology massage is focused on pressure points in the feet, hands and ears.

· Relax and restore your natural energy level. You can remain clothed during this treatment.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is a good choice if you would like to; relieve the symptoms of anxiety, detoxify the body, prevent headaches/migraines and renew your energy levels. Also, if you are uncomfortable being massaged on your entire body, then this massage may suit you.

Indian head massage is a relaxing treatment that uses acupressure to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. The therapist will also stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face.

SUMMARY:

· Indian Head Massage focuses on the head, face, neck and shoulders.

· Help prevent migraines/headaches, relieve symptoms of anxiety and detoxify the body.

Massage is a great way for you to feel physically, mentally and emotionally more stable. Experiment with different types of massage to see what best suits you and always communicate with the therapist if you are uncomfortable in anyway. Please don’t forget to talk to your doctor before getting a massage if you have any health conditions/concerns.
